First of all, I would like to say a million thanks to everyone who involved directly or indirectly in the process of preparing the final report of the industrial training. Especially the lecturers of the Politeknik Balik Pulau, which helped me a lot in dealing with matters relating to industrial training.
I also want to thank my supervisor Ms. Goh Pui Kwan, the Senior Web Consultant of Techbase Solution for giving me the opportunity to undergo the industrial training in her company, her guidance and supervision during my internship experience. Her leadership assisted me in further development of my writing and communications skills as well as my ability to implement individual projects.
